What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and understanding your health goals. We’ll begin with a consultation and chiropractic exam to assess your needs and determine the best approach for your care.

After your first adjustment, we will then discuss any findings and any recommendations for moving forward. Dr. Sanchez will then use those findings to create an individualized care plan tailored towards you and your health goals. Please allow 30-45 minutes for your initial visit, follow up appointments are no longer than 15 minutes.

How much do appointments cost?

Getting started in our office is $125, which includes your initial health consultation, chiropractic examination, first adjustment (when appropriate), review of your findings, and a personalized care plan designed around your goals.

After your initial visit, adjustments range from $40–$60 per visit, depending on the type of care you receive.

We also offer flexible payment plans and family-friendly pricing options to help make chiropractic care accessible for larger families.

Do you take insurance?

To provide personalized care for you and your family, we operate as a cash-based practice and do not bill health insurance. This allows us to make recommendations based on your individual needs and goals, without insurance limitations influencing your care.

We accept HSA and FSA funds, cash, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service, or you may choose to prepay for care through one of our available plans. We can provide detailed receipts (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

What conditions do you treat?

Our office provides gentle, individualized chiropractic care for infants, children, expecting moms, and adults at every stage of life.

For infants, care may support concerns such as constipation, torticollis, breastfeeding difficulties, sleep challenges, and healthy nervous system development.

For children, chiropractic care may help support healthy nervous system function, sleep, digestion, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

For expecting moms, we offer prenatal chiropractic care and the Webster Technique to support comfort, pelvic balance, and mobility throughout pregnancy. Care may be helpful for common pregnancy-related concerns such as low back discomfort, sciatica, round ligament discomfort, and pubic symphysis discomfort, as well as supporting birth preparation.

For adults, we provide care for a variety of concerns, including headaches, migraines, neck/back and extremity discomfort, TMJ discomfort, sleep challenges, overall wellness and so much more!

How soon can I bring baby in?

Infants can receive gentle pediatric chiropractic care as early as their first few hours to days of life. We encourage families to bring their little ones in when they feel ready. Birth can be physically demanding on a baby’s developing body, even when everything goes smoothly, so early care can help support their transition into the world.
